A.
All fees due and payable to the Township of Hazlet
from duly organized and licensed not-for-profit organizations be and
they are hereby waived. Such fees shall include but not be limited
to Planning Board fees, Zoning Board fees, building permit fees, zoning
permit fees as well as all inspection fees.
B.
All fees ordinarily payable by contractors and/or
subcontractors to the Township of Hazlet on contracts where the Township
of Hazlet is considered to be the owner be and they are hereby waived.
Certified copies of this article shall be forwarded
to the Construction Code Officials and all subcode officials, the
Business Administrator, the Township Engineer and the Director of
Finance.
