Borough of North Haledon, NJ Article IV Land Use Administrator

§ 95-21 Position established.

The position of Land Use Administrator is hereby established.

§ 95-22 Appointment; term.

The Land Use Administrator, someone other than the Borough Clerk, shall be appointed by the Mayor with the advice and consent of the Council for a one-year term, the first person so appointed, however, to serve until December 31, 1988.

§ 95-23 Functions.

The Land Use Administrator shall perform those functions specified in the New Jersey Land Use Act[1] and in applicable ordinances of the Borough.
