No person other than an elected or appointed
official of the Borough of North Haledon or employee of the Borough
of North Haledon shall park his/her motor vehicle in the spaces designated
for official parking at the Municipal Building complex located on
Overlook Avenue. Such prohibition shall be suspended and not apply
on Saturdays and Sundays.
No person other than a member of the Police
Department of the Borough of North Haledon shall park his/her motor
vehicle in any space designated "Police Parking Only" at the Municipal
Building complex located on Overlook Avenue.

No person other than a patron of the Free Public Library of
the Borough of North Haledon shall park his/her motor vehicle in any
space designated "Library Parking Only" at the Municipal Building
complex located on Overlook Avenue. Such prohibition shall be suspended
and not apply when the Free Public Library of the Borough of North
Haledon is closed to the public.
