Borough of North Haledon, NJ Article I Sewer Department

§ 479-1 Establishment.

The Sewer Department is hereby established for the Borough of North Haledon. It shall consist of those Borough employees designated by the Mayor and Council to operate and maintain the public sewerage system and to otherwise function as hereinafter specified.
