A permanent open space 100 feet in width shall be maintained along the center line of Molly Ann Brook and Squaw Brook. All other streams as shown on the Zoning Map, which shall form a part of this chapter,[1] shall have a permanent open space of 40 feet in width centered on such streams.

No building, structure or part thereof shall hereafter be moved or constructed within the limits of the above-mentioned permanent open space.
Also, no sanitary installations of any type, such as cesspools, leaching and/or drainage fields, disposal plants, etc., shall hereafter be constructed or placed within the permanent open space as outlined above.
