There is hereby established a fire district
within the Town of Clinton, Dutchess County, New York, to be known
as the “East Clinton Fire District.”
The boundaries of the East Clinton Fire District
shall be as follows: all that portion of the Town of Clinton as bounded
by the southern boundary of the Town of Clinton starting at the southeast
corner thereof, thence westerly along said south boundary to the Creek
Road, then northerly along the east side of the Little Wappingers
Creek to its point of intersection with the county road at the present
Stickle property, thence northerly along the east side of said road
to the proposed Stanfordville-Rhinebeck county road, thence easterly
along the south side of said road to the eastern Town line, then southerly
along said line to the point of starting.

There is hereby established a fire district
within the Town of Clinton, Dutchess County, New York to be known
as the “West Clinton Fire District.”
A.
The boundaries of the West Clinton Fire District shall
be as follows: starting on the south line of the Town of Clinton where
the west branch of Wappingers Creek crosses the line, thence in a
northerly direction along the west branch of Wappingers Creek to the
Bud Stickle farm at the point where the county road crosses the creek,
thence along the center of the county road to Beeman's Corners, thence
easterly along the center of the road of the proposed Stanford-Rhinebeck
county road to the Town line, thence northerly along the Town line
to the northeast corner of the Town, then westerly along the north
Town line to the northwest corner of the Town, thence southerly along
the west Town line to the southwest corner of the Town, thence easterly
along the south Town line to the point of starting.
B.
The existing fire district known as the “West
Clinton Fire District” is hereby extended to embrace the territory
described and containing the following boundaries, to wit: entire
matter of the extension of a fire district in the Towns of Hyde Park
and Clinton, County of Dutchess, State of New York, known as the “West
Clinton Fire District” is filed in the West Clinton Fire District
file.
