A. 
South Clinton Area. A speed limit of 30 miles per hour is established in the South Clinton Area, described as follows: beginning at the point of intersection of the northerly Clinton Town line and the northerly right-of-way line of CR 19; thence easterly and southerly along the Clinton Town line to the southerly right-of-way line of Electronic Lane; thence northwesterly along the southerly right-of-way line of Electronic Lane to its intersection with Nine Partners Road; thence westerly along the southerly right-of-way line of Nine Partners Road to its intersection with CR 18 and Fiddlers Bridge Road; thence westerly along the northerly right-of-way line of Fiddlers Bridge Road to its intersection with Long Pond Road; thence northerly along the westerly right-of-way line of Long Pond Road to its intersection with Lake Drive; thence northerly along the easterly right-of-way line of Lake Drive to its intersection with CR 19; thence westerly along the northerly right-of-way line of CR 19 to the point of beginning.
B. 
Northeast Clinton Area. A speed limit of 30 miles per hour is established in the Northeast Clinton Area, described as follows: beginning at the intersection of the easterly right-of-way line of CR 16 with the southerly right-of-way line of CR 14; thence southeasterly along the southerly and westerly right-of-way line of CR 14 to its intersection with CR 13; thence southerly along the westerly right-of-way line of CR 13 to its intersection with Hibernia Road; thence easterly along the northerly right-of-way line of Hibernia Road to the Clinton-Washington Town line; thence southerly then westerly then northerly along the Clinton Town line to its intersection with CR 16; thence northerly along the easterly right-of-way line of CR 16 to the point of beginning.
