The R-1C Single-Family Residential District
allows for low-density development in areas that are currently serviced
with public sewer. Lot sizes are smaller than those in the R-1B District
to allow for a slightly higher density of single-family homes. The
following shall apply to all R-1C Districts in the Town of Grand Island.
