Words and phrases used in this chapter shall
have the same meanings and be given the same interpretation as is
set forth in § 21.05 of the Parks, Recreation and Historic
Preservation Law of the State of New York.
Pursuant to the authority of §§ 25.05,
Subdivision 7, and 25.09 of the Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation
Law of this state, the following highways of the Town of Stillwater
are hereby designated as highways upon which snowmobile travel is
permitted:

shall be subject to the applicable provisions of Articles 23, 25 and
