§ 14-4Articles of Agreement.
§ 14-5Execution of agreement.
The Township of Daugherty shall enter into an agreement with New Brighton Area Recreation Authority, and New Brighton Area School Authority, New Brighton Area School District and the Borough of New Brighton substantially in the form of the Articles of Agreement presented to this meeting, dated as of June 1, 1971, which is hereby made a part hereof by reference only and is on file with the Secretary of the Township.
The Chairman of the Board of Supervisors is hereby directed to execute, on behalf of the Township, the said agreement substantially in the form of the said Articles of Agreement, which Articles of Agreement when consummated shall be attested to by the Secretary of the Township.
