No person shall remove household furniture and other household goods from any residence, or move the same into any residence, or load the same onto or into any motor vehicle, or unload the same from any motor vehicle, between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. of the following day.

Whoever violates this article is guilty of a summary offense and shall be fined not less than $100 nor more than $1,000.
