There be no nudity, which for the purpose of
this article is defined as follows, in any public place of accommodation
or amusement, which for the purpose of this article is defined as
follows:
The showing of the human male or female genitals, pubic area
or buttocks with less than a full opaque covering or the showing of
the female breast with less than a fully opaque covering of any portion
thereof below the top of the nipple.
Interpreted broadly to include, but not be limited to, places
of business or recreation, hotels, motels, resorts, restaurants, taverns,
and any place where accommodations, amusement, goods or services are
available either free or for a consideration.
The penalty for violation of this article shall be a forfeiture as provided in Chapter 290 of the County Code. Forfeitures shall be placed in the Price County general fund.
