Hereafter, no traveling carnival, circus or
menagerie shall be allowed to exhibit within the limits of said Town
without first obtaining permission from the Town Council and a license
for the privilege of such exhibit, and the fee to be charged for such
license or privilege and for all exhibits of a similar nature shall
be as provided in the fee schedule on file in the Town Office.
