238, Art. VI, of the 1992 Code)]
In accordance with Title 9, Delaware Code § 6703,
the Town expressly consents to the construction and maintenance of
a sewerage system or any part thereof by the Sussex County Council
within the boundaries of the Town of Bethany Beach situated in Sussex
County.
The Town hereby authorizes the execution of
a deed of easement to Sussex County Council in furtherance of the
aforesaid consent and pursuant to the aforesaid statute and further
consents to and ratifies a certain prior deed of easement dated November
23, 1971, recorded December 6, 1971, in the office of the Recorder
of Deeds, in and for Sussex County, at Georgetown, Delaware, in Deed
Book 676, Page 243 et seq., which deed of easement was executed and
recorded in furtherance of and pursuant to Title 9, Delaware Code § 6703.
