Except as otherwise noted, the following shall
apply to all sections of this Part III of the Code of the Borough
of Wharton:
A.
Any person or entity who or which shall violate any
of the provisions in Part III of the Code of the Borough of Wharton
or any orders promulgated hereunder shall, after a summons is issued
under the terms hereof and upon conviction, pay a fine no less than
$5 and no more than $500 for each violation.
