Each of the municipalities shall join and be
a member of the Upper Bald Eagle/Halfmoon Council of Governments in
accordance with the bylaws of the Upper Bald Eagle/Halfmoon Council
of Governments, and any laws, agreements or contracts which apply.
The member municipalities are Taylor Township, Worth Township, Huston
Township, Halfmoon Township and Port Matilda Borough.
The bylaws of the Upper Bald Eagle/Halfmoon
Council of Governments attached hereto and made a part hereof are
hereby approved,[1] and such bylaws may be amended from time to time by a
voting representation of all member municipalities of the Upper Bald
Eagle/Halfmoon Council of Governments.
