[Adopted at time of adoption of Code (see Ch. 1, General Provisions, Art. I).]

§ 240-13 Violations and penalties.

Any person who violates a provision of this chapter shall be guilty of a summary offense and, upon conviction, be subject to the appropriate penalties set forth in the Pennsylvania Vehicle Code (75 Pa.C.S.A. § 101 et seq.) for each provision so violated.
