Every person or firm owning, managing or operating a multiple-family building, development or mobile home park within the Township of White is hereby required to furnish to the Township Supervisors at their office at 950 Indian Springs Road, Indiana, Pennsylvania, or wherever else established, not later than January 31 each year a list of the names and addresses of all adult residents (persons 18 years of age or over) residing in the multiple-family building, development or mobile home park owned or operated by them, as of January 1 each year.
Any person, firm or corporation who owns, operates or manages a multiple-family building development or mobile home park within the Township who fails to file the report required by § 221-1 of this article shall, upon conviction thereof in an action brought before a Magisterial District Judge in the manner provided for the enforcement of summary offenses under the Pennsylvania Rules of Criminal Procedure, be sentenced to pay a fine of not more than $1,000 plus costs and, in default of payment of said fine and costs, to a term of imprisonment not to exceed 90 days. Each day that a violation of this article continues or each section of this article which shall be found to have been violated shall constitute a separate offense.
