No alcoholic beverages of any kind or content whatsoever shall be sold, vended, distributed, transferred, given or consumed on any licensed premises except during the time between the following hours, prevailing time:
a. 
Monday through Saturday - 7:00 a.m. and 1:00 a.m. the next day.
b. 
Sundays - 12:00 noon to 1:00 a.m. the next day.
c. 
If New Year's eve falls on a Sunday - 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 a.m. the next day, January 1.

All other businesses, occupations, uses and pursuits in, on or at any licensed premises, or in connection therewith, conducted or maintained by the licensee or any other person, shall be open and closed during the same hours specified in Subsection 6-4.1 for the sale of alcoholic beverages, and no business whatsoever shall be conducted in, on, at or in connection with the licensed premises during the hours in which the sale of alcoholic beverages is forbidden, with the exception that any business other than the sale of alcoholic beverages may be maintained on the licensed premises between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 12:00 noon on Sunday.
