It is the purpose and intent of this chapter
to establish rules and regulations pursuant to § 401 of
the New York Not-For-Profit Law to regulate the use and maintenance
of municipally owned cemeteries.
All municipal cemeteries will be open to visitors
at all times between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and sunset only. Entry
into the cemetery at any other time will be deemed a trespass subject
to prosecution.
