Article II Nonuniformed Employees

§ 72-2 Amending and restating.

The Nonuniformed Employees Pension Plan ordinance is hereby amended by continuing and restating a Nonuniformed Employees Pension Plan and providing for administration, eligibility for benefits, source and allocation of funds and other matters associated with its continuation and establishment in accordance with the terms and conditions of the attached amendment and restatement of the Borough of Lewisburg Nonuniformed Employees Pension Plan.[1]
