Applicants are responsible for paying all applicable
costs incurred by the Borough in reviewing drainage plans.
The Borough shall establish a Review Fee Schedule
by resolution of the Borough Council.
The fees required by this chapter shall at a
minimum cover:
A.
Administrative costs.
B.
The review of the drainage plan by the Borough and
the Municipal Engineer.
C.
The site inspections.
D.
The inspection of stormwater management facilities
and drainage improvements during construction.
E.
The final inspection upon completion of the stormwater
management facilities and drainage improvements presented in the drainage
plan.
F.
Any additional work required to enforce any permit
provisions regulated by this chapter, correct violations, and assure
proper completion of stipulated remedial actions.
