In a Land Conservation Overlay District LC, permitted principal
uses, buildings and other structures shall be as follows:
C. Parks, public and private.
F. Public utilities installations, including electric transmission lines.
In a Land Conservation Overlay District LC, permitted accessory
uses, buildings and other structures shall be as follows:
A. Accessory buildings and structures customarily associated with the
principal permitted uses.
B. Off-street parking for commercial vehicles while loading and unloading as required by §
120-64.
C. Off-street parking and automobile storage as required by §
120-63.
E. Temporary structures as permitted by §
120-69.
F. Fences and hedges as permitted by §
120-59.
In a Land Conservation Overlay District LC, uses for which the Board of Appeals may issue a special permit in accordance with the provisions of Article
XI shall be as follows:
B. Special use permit.
(1)
School: elementary, secondary.
In a Land Conservation District LC, area, yard, height and coverage
requirements shall be as follows:
A. General. The area, yard, coverage and height provisions established
by this section apply to all permitted uses in the Land Conservation
Overlay District LC for which special criteria are not established
elsewhere in this chapter.
B. Area per establishment. Except as otherwise specified, the minimum
area per establishment shall be one acre.
C. Front yards. There shall be a front yard of not less than 80 feet
in depth, into which space there shall be no encroachment of building
construction or automobile parking.
D. Side and rear yards. No building or structure or automobile parking
space shall be placed closer to a side or rear property line than
50 feet.
E. Height: 35 feet for principal structures and 20 feet for accessory
structures.
F. Coverage. The maximum coverage permitted shall be 10%.
No driveway, as measured at its edge, shall intersect a street
line less than 50 feet from the intersection of any two street lines.
There shall be a maximum of one driveway per parcel.
