A.Â
Unless otherwise required by law or a court of competent
jurisdiction, no Village officer or employee shall disclose by any
means any matter or information discussed or deliberated during a
properly convened executive session.
B.Â
Legal or equitable proceedings to prevent a violation
of this section are authorized.
C.Â
Violation of this section is punishable by a fine
of $250 or up to 15 days in jail.
