The harbor area shall consist of all waters
to the south of a line from Bartlett Point to the northeast end of
Washington Island to a point in Carrier Bay where this line intersects
the Village boundary (2,000 feet plus or minus from shore) as depicted
in the attached Harbor Management Map.[1]
