The parking of vehicles is hereby prohibited on all highways within this Village between the hours of 2:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m., beginning November 1 and ending April 1 of each year.
The parking of trailers is hereby prohibited on either side of Mary Street between James Street on the east and the Clayton municipal dock on the west.
No person shall park a vehicle at any time upon any of the streets or parts thereof described in Schedule X (§ 120-50), attached to and made a part of this chapter.
No person shall stop a vehicle upon any of the streets or parts of streets described in Schedule XI (§ 120-51), attached to and made a part of this chapter.
No person shall stand a vehicle upon any of the streets or parts of streets described in Schedule XII (§ 120-52), attached to and made a part of this chapter.
No person shall park a vehicle between the hours specified in Schedule XIII (§ 120-53) of any day, unless otherwise indicated, upon any of the streets or parts of streets described in said Schedule XIII, attached to and made a part of this chapter.
No person shall stop a vehicle during the times specified in Schedule XIV (§ 120-54) of any day, unless otherwise indicated, upon any of the streets or parts of streets described in said Schedule XIV, attached to and made a part of this chapter.
No person shall stand a vehicle during the times specified in Schedule XV (§ 120-55) of any day, unless otherwise indicated, upon any of the streets or parts of streets described in said Schedule XV, attached to and made a part of this chapter.
No person shall park a vehicle for longer than the time limit shown in Schedule XVI (§ 120-56) at any time between the hours listed in said Schedule XVI of any day, unless otherwise indicated, upon any of the streets or parts of streets described in said Schedule XVI, attached to and made a part of this chapter.

No person shall park a vehicle upon any of the streets or parts thereof described in Schedule XVII (§ 120-57) except at the angle designated and only within the painted stall lines. On all streets or portions thereof where angle parking is now or shall hereafter be authorized, all vehicles parked thereon shall be parked with the front thereof nearest the curb, except on the south side of Mary Street between Alexandria Street and Theresa Street, where vehicles shall use back-in diagonal parking, with the rear nearest to the curb.

A. 
No person shall stop, leave standing or park any vehicle upon any street or between the curb and sidewalk:
(1) 
For the purpose of its storage.
(2) 
For the purpose of displaying it for sale.
(3) 
For the purpose of advertising.
(4) 
For the purpose of washing, greasing or repairing such vehicle, except such repairs may be necessitated by an emergency.
B. 
As used in this section, the following terms shall have the meanings indicated:
STORAGE
Any vehicle left for a continuous period of more than 12 hours.
