It shall be unlawful for any person to sell
or offer for sale any food or drink between the hours of 9:00 a.m.
and 4:00 p.m. in any street in the Township within a distance of 400
feet of any lot or parcel of land upon which any public school building
is erected.

Any person who violates any provision of this article shall, upon conviction thereof, be punished by a penalty as provided in § 1-15, General penalty, of this Code.
