The 2015 Edition of the International Property
Maintenance Code, as published by the International Code Council,
is hereby adopted as the Property Maintenance Code of the Township
of Bloomfield for the control of buildings and structures as therein
provided. Each and all the regulations, provisions, conditions, terms
and penalties of the said International Property Maintenance Code
are hereby referred to, adopted and made part hereof as if fully set
out in this article. The International Property Maintenance Code is
available for review at the Clerk's office.
