Any act of the Health Officer within the authority conferred by this Code is to be taken as a delegation of authority to such Health Officer, pursuant to the powers to so delegate the authority conferred upon this Board by statute.
A. 
The Board of Health and its Health Officer or duly authorized agent or agents shall make inspections and examinations required by any law or code of this state and by any code, ordinance, regulation or order of the Board, and all persons are hereby forbidden to interfere with or obstruct such inspection, examination or execution.
B. 
The Board of Health and its Health Officer or duly authorized agent or agents shall have the right, at all times, to enter into and upon any premises or buildings in the Township for the purpose of examining the same to ascertain whether there is upon or in any premises or building in the Township any nuisance or violation of any health ordinance or health statute or for the purpose of enforcing the provisions of health ordinances or health statutes.
A. 
No person shall interfere with or obstruct the posting of any lawful placard or notice by any health official in or on any place or premises.
B. 
No person shall conceal or mutilate any such placard or notice or remove it except by permission of the Health Officer.
C. 
It shall be the duty of the occupant of the premises where such placard or notice has been posted to notify the Health Officer immediately of any interference with or removal of such placard or notice.
