The Regulations for the New Jersey Uniform Construction Code,
as promulgated by the Commissioner of the New Jersey Department of
Community Affairs, pursuant to the authority of the State Uniform
Construction Code Act (P.L. 1975, c. 217, as amended), together with
any subsequent amendments, changes or supplements thereto, is hereby
adopted in and for the Township of Toms River.
