Editor's Note: This ordinance repealed former Art. IV, World
Trade Center Families, adopted 8-13-2002 by Ord. No. 3716-02.
As used in this article, the following terms shall have the
meanings indicated:
A card given out by the nonprofit Gift of New York to the
families of World Trade Center victims.
A family which lost one or more of the immediate members
of the family in the World Trade Center Attack of September 11, 2001.
All members of World Trade Center families who are holders of
a Gift of New York pass card shall have the following rights and privileges
upon presentation of a card at Toms River Township facilities below
listed with proof of identity:
