and other interested departments and agencies, sufficient time to
make necessary changes in pertinent records, this ordinance shall
take effect 60 days after the adoption thereof on final reading and
publication.

After the said adoption, the Township Clerk
shall prepare and distribute to each of the residents of this municipality
affected thereby notice of the change in name of the street pertaining
to each such resident, and he shall also mail a copy of the within
ordinance to each of the following and such other persons, firms,
corporations, agencies or bodies which may be interested in the change
of name of streets:
