Building Inspector — See Ch. 129.
In accordance with the provisions of the Municipal Home Rule Law and
the Criminal Procedure Law, the following officers and employees of the Incorporated
Village of Mill Neck shall have the power to issue and serve appearance tickets
in connection with the performance of their duties in enforcing any statute,
local law, ordinance, rule or regulation. The issuance and service of such
appearance tickets shall have the same force and effect as if served by a
peace officer.

The Building Inspector.
Appearance tickets shall be issued in compliance with § 150.10
of the Criminal Procedure Law of the State of New York.
