No person shall enter upon or leave any vehicle
standing or parked upon any privately owned real property in the Village
of Mill Neck without the permission of the owner, lessee or occupant
thereof. The failure of the person so entering upon or found to be
on or leaving a vehicle standing or parked upon such private property
to produce, upon demand, the written permission of the owner, lessee
or occupant to enter upon or to leave a vehicle standing or parked
upon such real property shall be and shall constitute presumptive
evidence of the violation of this article.
The provisions of this article shall not apply
to persons engaged in the exercise of municipal functions requiring
such persons to enter upon private property; provided, however, that
the failure of such persons to produce, upon demand, proper identification
shall be and shall constitute presumptive evidence of the violation
of this article.
The provisions of this article shall not apply
to minors under the age of 10 years.
