§ A132-1 Fees enumerated.

Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the following fees shall be applicable in and payable to the Village of Mill Neck:

A. Garage sale, tag sale or auction permit fee: $50.[1]

B. Street openings.[2]

(1) Permit fee: $300.

(2) Deposit: $1,500; or bond: $10,000.

C. Sign permit fee: $50.[3]

D. Building permit fees:[4]

(1) Estimated cost not exceeding $2,000: $100.

(2) Estimated cost exceeding $2,000: $100 plus $10 for each additional $1,000 of estimated cost or fraction thereof.

(3) Permit renewal: $200 or 1/2 of the original permit fee, whichever is the greater sum.

E. Certificates of occupancy:[5]

(1) Certificate of occupancy fee: $50.

(2) Escrow: $500 or 1/2 of the original building permit fee, whichever is the greater sum.

(3) Certification of occupancy: $100.

(4) Certified copy of approved permit: $25.

F. Demolition permit fee: $75; renewal thereof shall be $200.

G. Site clearing permit fee: $100.

H. Nonconforming use permit: $100.

I. Certificate of occupancy search: $25.

J. Commercial filming permit: $1,000, plus $2,500 per day, including days used for setup and take down.

K. Floodplain development permit: $500.
