A. 
Filing fees shall be as follows:
(1) 
On filing application for variance or special permit: $2,000.

B. 
Deposits for reimbursable Village expenses shall be as follows:
(1) 
In addition to the aforesaid filing fees, the applicant shall be liable for and shall pay all charges incurred by the Village in connection with the application:
(a) 
Engineering fees and inspection charges: as incurred by the Village.
(b) 
Legal fees: as incurred by the Village.
(c) 
Advertising: as incurred by the Village.
(d) 
Stenographic minutes: as incurred by the Village.
(e) 
Consultant fees: as incurred by the Village.
(f) 
Documents recording fees: as incurred by the Village.
(2) 
The applicant shall deposit the following sums with the Village Clerk, unless otherwise stated herein, simultaneously with the filing of the application against which deposit the charges for which the applicant is responsible shall be deducted. During the course of the application, the Village Clerk may require the payment of additional sums to cover actual Village expenses.

Minimum payment for legal fees.

On filing application for variance or special permit: $2,000.
(b) 
Minimum payment for advertising and stenographic transcript.

On application and for variance or special permit: $400.
C. 
Payment of fees and charges.
(1) 
Consideration of application. No hearing shall be held and no consideration shall be given by the Board of Zoning Appeals to any application for a variance or special permit, nor shall any building permit be issued, unless all required fees and deposits, to the extent that the latter are then determined, shall have been paid.
D. 
Application remanded to Board of Zoning Appeals. In those instances when decisions of the Board of Zoning Appeals are appealed by the applicant and are subsequently remanded by a court of this state to the Board of Zoning Appeals, the applicant shall pay to the Village the following fees and deposits:
(1) 
Filing fees: $500.
(2) 
Legal fees: $2,000.

Advertising: as incurred by the Village.
(4) 
Stenographic minutes: as incurred by the Village.
(5) 
Document recording fees: as incurred by the Village.
E. 
Power of the Trustees. The Board of Trustees shall have the authority to modify the filing fees and deposits as herein provided as they may deem advisable in the Village's interest.
