The Board of Supervisors of Maidencreek Township, Berks County, Pennsylvania, hereby adopts by reference thereto all the terms and provisions of the International Property Maintenance Code, 2000 edition, as prepared by the International Code Council, Inc., 5203 Leesburg Pike, Falls Church, Virginia, to be utilized as the Property Maintenance Code of Maidencreek Township, which is on file in Maidencreek Township Office, being marked and designated as the International Property Maintenance Code, 2000 edition, be and is hereby adopted as the Property Maintenance Code of Maidencreek Township; for the control of building and structures as herein provided; and each and all of the regulations, provisions, penalties, conditions and terms of said Property Maintenance Code are hereby referred to adopted and made a part hereof, as if fully set out in this chapter, with the additions insertions, deletions and changes, if any, prescribed in § 159-2 of this chapter.
The following sections are hereby revised:
A. 
Section 101.1. Insert: "Maidencreek Township" in place of "[Name of Jurisdiction]."
B. 
Section 111.2 through 111.2.5 shall be deleted in their entirety and replaced with a new Section 111.2 which shall read as follows: "Membership of Board. The Board of Appeals shall consist of the three members currently serving on the Maidencreek Township Board of Supervisors."
C. 
Section 303.14. Delete the phase "During the period from [date] to [date]," and capitalize the subsequent word "Every."
D. 
Section 602.3. Insert: "November 15th to March 15th in place of "[date] to [date]."
E. 
Section 602.4. Insert: "November 15th to March 15th in place of "[date] to [date]."
