No person, firm or corporation shall plow, shovel, sweep or pile snow,
ice or other materials on or across the right-of-way of any sidewalk, street
or public highway or cause such to be done so as to interfere with the safety
and convenience of public travel.
Any perform, firm or corporation violating this ordinance shall, upon
conviction thereof, be fined an amount not exceeding $100 for each violation.
