Pursuant to Section 12-81(56) of the Connecticut
General Statutes or amendments thereto, the Town of North Haven, acting
through the Assessor, may grant an exemption, subject to the terms
and conditions as set forth in said statute, for a solar-energy heating
or cooling system which meets the requirements as set forth in said
statute.
