[HISTORY: Adopted by the Town Council of the Town of Mineral effective 1-1-1982 as Ch. 21 of the 1982 Code. Amendments noted where applicable.]
It shall be unlawful for any person, without necessity, to discharge any firearm of any description within the Town.

Original § 21-1, Carrying concealed, which immediately preceded this section, was deleted at time of adoption of Code (see Ch. 1, General Provisions, Art. III).
It shall be unlawful for any person to throw a stone or other missile in the streets.
No person shall, anywhere within the Town, discharge an arrow, shot gravel, bullet or any similar thing from any air gun, bow, gravel shooter or other similar instrument.
It shall be unlawful to hunt within the Town of Mineral.
