Town of Mineral, VA Chapter 197 Firearms and Weapons

§ 197-1 Discharging firearms. [1]

It shall be unlawful for any person, without necessity, to discharge any firearm of any description within the Town.

§ 197-2 Throwing stones or other missiles.

It shall be unlawful for any person to throw a stone or other missile in the streets.

§ 197-3 Discharging air gun, bow or similar instrument.

No person shall, anywhere within the Town, discharge an arrow, shot gravel, bullet or any similar thing from any air gun, bow, gravel shooter or other similar instrument.

§ 197-4 Hunting prohibited. [1]

It shall be unlawful to hunt within the Town of Mineral.
