noted where applicable.]
No person shall possess, distribute or consume any alcoholic
beverage at or on any public square, park, playground, playfield,
parking lot, or other property which is owned. controlled or managed
by the City of Butler or any agency thereof without a permit from
the City of Butler.
An application for a permit to possess, distribute or consume
alcoholic beverages on property owned, controlled or managed by the
City of Butler, or any agency thereof, may be applied for through
the office of the City Treasurer.
Any person violating any provision of this chapter shall, upon
summary conviction thereof, be fined not less than $200 nor more than
$300 and, in default of payment thereof, shall be imprisoned in the
county prison for not more than 90 days.
