The City will require any person undertaking
land development or redevelopment activities regulated by this chapter
to establish an escrow account at the time of application, as determined
by the City, its agents, servants or employees, and pay reasonable
costs at prevailing rates for review of SWPPPs, inspections, or SWMP
maintenance performed by the City, its agents, servants or employees.
In addition, any person undertaking land development activities regulated
by this chapter will be responsible for any reasonable attorney’s
fees and court costs incurred by the City in connection with the enforcement
of this chapter.
