City of Glen Cove, NY Article VIII Exemption for Improvements to Residential Buildings

§ 252-29 Partial exemption granted for reconstruction, alteration or improvement.

The City Council of the City of Glen Cove does hereby adopt § 421-f of the Real Property Tax Law, authorizing a partial exemption from real property taxation of the increase in assessed value attributable to reconstruction, alterations or improvements made to residential property.
