Article I Senior Citizens Exemption

§ 185-1 Exemption granted.

Section 467 of the Real Property Tax Law is adopted by the Village of Vernon.

§ 185-2 Amount of exemption.

The maximum amount of income shall be $10,500 for tax exemption for the elderly.

Article II Veterans Exemption

§ 185-3 Adoption of provisions.

The amended Real Property Tax Law, Chapter 525 of the Laws of 1984, which provides alternate veterans exemptions, is hereby adopted.
