A. 
Lines 12 1/2 feet distant from the face of the present curbs on both sides of South Main Street and running parallel to the said curbs from the point of intersection of the corporation line near Route 17 to the intersection of Chestnut Street and Darbee Lane be and they are hereby established as building lines on the whole of South Main Street in the Village of Liberty, extending from Chestnut Street and Darbee Lane to the corporation boundary line.
B. 
Lines 12 1/2 feet distant from the face of the present curbs on both sides of North Main Street and running parallel to the said curbs from the point of intersection of Chestnut Street and Darbee Lane to the intersection of North Main Street with Liberty Street and Sprague Avenue, and lines 32 1/2 feet distant from the center line of the present pavement on both sides of North Main Street and running parallel to said center line from the point of intersection of Liberty Street and Sprague Avenue with North Main Street to the corporation line near the premises of William P. Young, be and they are hereby established as building lines on North Main Street in the Village of Liberty, extending from Chestnut Street and Darbee Lane to the corporation line.
C. 
Lines 32 1/2 feet distant from the center line of the present pavement on Mill Street on both sides of said street and running parallel to the said center line from the corporation line to the intersection of South Main Street be and they are hereby established as building lines on said Mill Street.
D. 
Lines 10 feet distant from the back of the present curbs on both sides of Chestnut Street and running parallel to the said curbs from the point of intersection of Main Street to the intersection of Chestnut Street and Academy Street be and they are hereby established as building lines on that portion of Chestnut Street in the Village of Liberty which extends from the intersection of Academy Street to the intersection of Main Street.
E. 
Lines eight feet distant from the back of the present curbs on both sides of Clements Street and running parallel to the said curbs be and they are hereby established as building lines on Clements Street in the Village of Liberty.
F. 
Lines eight feet distant from the back of the present curbs on both sides of School Street and running parallel to the said curbs be and they are hereby established as building lines on said School Street in the Village of Liberty.
G. 
Lines eight feet distant from the back of the present curbs on both sides of Law Street and running parallel to the said curbs be and they are hereby established as building lines on said Law Street in the Village of Liberty.
H. 
Lines 10 feet distant from the back of the present curbs on both sides of Lake Street and running parallel to the said curbs from the point of intersection with South Main Street to the intersection with Railroad Avenue be and they are hereby established as building lines on that portion of Lake Street in the Village of Liberty which extends from Railroad Avenue to the intersection with South Main Street.

Lines 28 feet distant from the center line of the present pavement on Church Street on both sides of said street and running parallel to the center line from the intersection with South Main Street to the brook be and they are hereby established as building lines on that portion of Church Street in the Village of Liberty which extends from South Main Street to the bridge crossing the brook.
J. 
Lines 18 feet distant from the center line of the present pavement on John Street and running parallel to the said center line on both sides of said street be and they are hereby established as building lines on John Street in the Village of Liberty.
K. 
Lines 28 feet distant from the center line of the present pavement on Maple Street and running parallel to the said center line on both sides of said street be and they are hereby established as building lines on Maple Street in the Village of Liberty.
All buildings or parts of buildings hereafter erected or constructed shall be erected or constructed within the building lines hereinbefore established.
No person or persons, firm or corporation shall cause or permit any building or part of a building to be erected or constructed on any of the abovementioned streets or portions of streets outside of the building lines hereinbefore established.
This ordinance shall take effect immediately.
