The revised map entitled "West of Garden State
Parkway, Southwest Sector Street Development Map PB.54-1," revised
February 28, 1956, a copy of which map is annexed hereto and made
a part hereof, is hereby established as the Official Map of the Township
of Nutley for that part of the Township of Nutley shown on said map.
The Board of Commissioners shall hold a public
hearing on the proposed adoption of said Official Map and shall cause
a notice of said hearing to be published in The Nutley Sun at least
10 days prior to the hearing.
A copy of said map shall be made available for
public inspection in the office of the Township Clerk during such
period and the notice shall so state.
