Explosives and incendiary objects — See Ch. 314.
No person shall fire or discharge any gun, fowling
piece, pistol or firearms of any description within 300 feet of a
dwelling house within the limits of the Township of Nutley, provided
that nothing contained in this section shall be construed to extend
to members of any shooting club or association who fire or discharge
any firearms on the grounds of such club or association.

Any person, firm or corporation which shall
violate any provision of this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof,
forfeit and pay a penalty of not more than $500 or be imprisoned for
a term not exceeding 90 days, or both, for each and every offense.
