No person shall operate, or cause to be operated, any human-powered locomotion device on the streets, highways or other public areas designated for motor vehicle use within the Town of Clinton. Such human-powered devices for locomotion shall include, but not be limited to, skates, skateboards, sleds, tricycles or scooters, etc., but shall not include bicycles or other properly equipped pedicycles.

No person shall operate, or cause to be operated, any human-powered locomotion device upon the following sidewalks of the following streets of the Town of Clinton:
