All conductor pipes must be properly connected with
a storm sewer.
B.
When within a house or building, the leader must be
of cast-iron, bell-and-spigot known in commerce as extra-heavy, galvanized
wrought-iron, galvanized steel pipe, cast-iron screw pipe approved,
brass and copper pipe approved; spouts shall be copper or lead with
ferrule or solder nipple or other conductor heads approved by the
Examining Board of Plumbers.
C.
Rainwater leaders must never be used as soil, waste
or vent pipes; nor shall any soil, waste or vent pipe be used as a
rain leader.
D.
Extra-heavy cast-iron pipe must be used to connect
to an outside rain leader, and shall extend from elbow to at least
six inches above grade the same size as title drain with hub end.
