All persons are forbidden to ride bicycles upon the sidewalks
of the Village at any time in the day or night.
B.
Minors apprehended in violation, as well as the parents or guardians
of such minors, will be issued appearance tickets to appear in court,
and upon conviction for an offense, the registration of such minor’s
bicycle may be suspended for a period not to exceed 30 days.[1]
